Job Description

A leading genetic testing organization in the Medical Center is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to partner with management in identifying qualified applicants.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Identify the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Assess candidates’ information obtained from resume reviews
  • Assist with the offer process and onboarding of new hires

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications
To be considered for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position, you will need the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
  • 1 – 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay rate: $22.00 – $25.00 an hour
