Senior Customer Service Clerk

Job Description
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Enter data for processing payments for all departments
- Enter and assign complaints, FSMC program, mobile unit program, temp, events, GSD request, scanning, and filing
- Perform various duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 1 year of clerical or customer service experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Must be comfortable working in various locations
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekends!

- As part of the onboarding process, your immunization records will be verified, and immunizations will be administered for any outdated boosters on your first day of employment
