Conducts job analyses and job evaluations for designated positions; Ensures periodic audits of all phases of the compensation process are conducted
Partners with compensation leadership to design, execute and measure compensation programs that drive outcomes in support of the organization's business objectives
Monitors market trends and evaluates external competitiveness of the salary administration program
Provides leadership in identifying and resolving complex compensation issues and coordinates special projects
Conducts the annual market review process, including regression analyses, data review, structure movement and market recommendations, based on vendor surveys and market pricing tools
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and health system regulatory requirements

BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or a related field required; MBA or related advanced degree and CCP certification preferred
5+ years' of compensation and/or total reward experience, in a health care environment
Advanced MS Office (particularly with Access, Excel, Outlook, Project and Word); Visio and PeopleSoft skills required
