Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Description
- Develop and design reports to track operational and financial Revenue Cycle metrics.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (i.e., no-show rates, charge lag, net collections, etc.) and Patient-level data (e.g., types of patients, diagnoses, etc.)
- Collaborate with Financial Clearance and Billing Managers to audit samples of patient accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of financial clearance, charge entry, payment posting, and denial management follow-up procedures.
- A Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Finance with a minimum of 9 hours in accounting is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive professional accounting, including accounts receivables and payables, is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory and revenue cycle management experience is required.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- CPA, PMP, or CPC Certifications are highly preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check
- The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- The building is in the heart of Downtown Houston, surrounded by various restaurants, shopping outlets, and scenic art sculptures to enjoy during lunchtime
