Work in the trendy Midtown area and serve as the first impression for this successful company. Outgoing and personable Receptionist is needed to serve as the right arm to the Office Manager in maintaining a smooth flow of operations ensuring top of the line customer services. Job duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, and answering inquiries. Ensure that the reception area is welcoming in addition to kitchen and conference rooms. Maintain office supply orders and any office equipment service requests. Must have experience in MS Word and Excel. Strong customer service background. Work Schedule is Mon-Fri 8-5. Direct Hire offering benefits including: Major Medical (health, dental, and vision), PTO and 401K.
