Our client is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to work closely with management to meet project timelines within the residential homebuilding process.

Review construction plans and specifications to estimate costs
Track and process Purchase Orders and variances
Review purchase orders and related documents
Update reports
Maintain supplier contracts
Update vendor information including pricing
Track inventory orders and update construction team
Make adjustments to inventory orders as necessary

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5

Bachelor's Degree is required
Experience within residential homebuilding industry
Must have proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail is a must
Candidate must be highly organized and have strong problem solving skills
Highly conscientious with details and a critical thinker
