Property Administrator
Houston, TX 77056 US
Job Description
- Answer and monitor all incoming phone calls; provide helpful and courteous responses to all tenet requests and questions.
- Enter work orders and monitor the system to ensure that requests are directed to the appropriate personnel
- Obtain tenant approval for requests requiring tenant reimbursement of costs and prepare input tenant invoices
- Coordinate with Tenant, Security, and Maintenance departments for times and dates when vendors will need access to the buildings
- Maintain tenant, vendor, property, and administrative files
- Input invoices into accounting systems for payment and forward them to the accounting department with appropriate backup, as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of one year of previous related experience is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and Word) and property accounting software
- Being attentive to detail, positively assisting others, and being well-organized is a strong plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
