Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator with strong attention to detail in ensuring their construction projects are well organized from start to finish. Work closely with management as you watch the exciting process of homebuilding.
Gather items needed to start the construction process: permit applications, necessary fees, construction plans, utilities, etc.
Update the status of the construction starts
Manage customer files
Track customer specification items
Communicate with purchasing department and suppliers of changes or special requests
Facilitate documents required for closing including all necessary parties (realtor, title company, etc.)
Review completed construction jobs noting any variations with customer orders

Completed college coursework is a plus
Experience within residential homebuilding industry
Must have proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail is a must
Candidate must be highly organized and have strong problem solving skills
Highly conscientious with details and a critical thinker
