The role of Project Coordinator is to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the project at hand in accordance with client specifications and constructions schedules. Project Coordinators are to assist in overseeing the health, quality and profitability of the project throughout its life cycle. Principle areas of responsibility include:
Conflict and problem resolution; Ensure all system transactions are entered timely and accurately: Quotations, sales orders, transfer orders and purchase orders; Inventory management and allocation; Insures all data is consistently and accurately entered the project dashboard; Provides document control on all layouts, specification sheets, and installation guides for each location within the project; Manages day-to-day communication with all parties associated with the project; Ensures all data and information is entered timely and accurately into the clients operating system; Reports all mile stones and escalated issues to Project Manager; Coordinates timely delivery of product according to installation schedules. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 2+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator required; Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization skills; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
