Client Company: Harris County Community Services
ExecuTeam and Harris County’s Community Services Department are teaming up in search of a Project Assistant to join their team. As a Project Assistant, you will help support the development of programs, guidelines, and implementation of various funded projects throughout the Housing Development and Special Initiatives division of the Community Services department. Project Assistant’s Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing contracts for affordable housing development and disaster recovery programs and collaborate with County Attorney and external partners
  • Manage questions about projects, general administration, distribution, filing, and mail processing, meeting notes, and minutes
  • Prepare evaluations, briefs, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, and other required notes.
  • Maintain databases, projects, and program files 
  • Attend construction-related project meetings during the time of construction
Project Assistant’s Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of general clerical experience
  • Experience in housing and development housing programs is preferred 
  • Experience in Project Management experience in a private or public business setting is preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
