The Administrative Assistant - Clerk will prepare reports, letters, memos, orders and other documents to the appropriate parties and file all documents reviewed and generated. This position will rotate through the Front Desk to answer and direct all incoming calls, assist and direct visitors and perform clerical work to assist team members. A High School diploma is required as well as experience working in a law office. The successful candidate will be computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and presentation software. This is a long term temporary position, located in Downtown Houston, with parking provided.
