Fast growing technology company in Energy Corridor is looking for an Office Manager to serve as the right arm to the CEO and support the staff. Manage the daily office operations while you surround yourself in a beautiful modern office setting with amazing views. The Office Manager will be responsible for creating correspondence, calendar management and meeting scheduling and travel arrangements (both domestic and international). Bookkeeping functions include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting. Serve as the liaison to the property management company in ensuring maintenance needs are met, Maintain office supply orders and equipment service needs. Requirements: HS Diploma is required; completed college coursework is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using an Apple MacBook is preferred, 1-2 years' experience with QuickBooks is required.
