Seeking a professional Office Manager to assist cutting edge marketing firm in the Houston Galleria area.

Answers telephone and handle requests for information
Sets up and maintains department records and files
Keeps department managers and supervisors informed about all meetings, appointments, due dates of reports and other time-oriented requirements
Arranges travel schedules and reservations
Reconciling bank statements in Quick Books
Creates business letters, interoffice correspondence and miscellaneous documents; proofreads work for accuracy and composes correspondence and responses to inquiries on own initiative
Ensures that the office is well equipped with supplies and office equipment is maintained; contact vendors and/or property management with office maintenance needs
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
