Are you a Marketing Manager skilled in conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets? A Galleria area lighting manufacturer is seeking an individual with strong proficiency in these areas. Other responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, the following:
Craft strategies for promotion and advertising on multiple platforms
Set short-term and long-term department goals
Create a marketing reporting function that can track, measure, and analyze performance
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Review and report to executive management on all marketing activity and results

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years' marketing experience
3+ years' supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience in marketing research, branding and data analytics
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of Web Analytics, Google AdWords
Experience with CRM software
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
