Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 a year
 
A union healthcare organization is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team. Plan, direct, and control all strategic HR activities. Ensure the policies and practices are consistent company-wide. Understand and execute the employee life-cycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and transition. If you enjoy meeting new people and helping them throughout their journey with the company, this position is for you. 
 
Human Resources Executive Responsibilities
  • Enforce the accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing for over 50 employees 
  • Review timesheets and address any escalated discrepancies
  • Provide financial information as requested 
  • Maintain the electronic timekeeping system 
  • Ensure all employee benefits, wages, and bonuses are administered and communicated 
 
Human Resources Executive Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working in Taft-Hartley environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP certification preferred 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication 
  • Ability to collect, research, and synthesize complex information
