HR Communication Consultant

Job Description
- Create and implement HR strategic and tactical communications that align with the organization’s mission and goals
- Advise best methods and practices for specific message content; produce, edit, and proof all documents for internal communications.
- Design, plan, implement, manage, and evaluate HR events and programs
- Distribute all internal employee communications from HR Department
- Collaborate with various staff personnel on specific projects requiring internal communications
- Complete Vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive communications experience and 2 years of HR Department experience is required.
- The ability to advise accordingly and produce the necessary outcomes is required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and creating and maintaining web pages is required.
- Must have excellent relationship-building skills, customer service skills, and the ability to handle employment issues with diplomacy
- Must have the ability to work on-site for the duration of your employment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check
- Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and no weekends!
