Financial Services Coordinator

Job Description
- Handle all electronic fund transfer requests submitted to banking institutions, including the application and review of relevant internal controls
- Communicate with management, customers, and collogues regarding inquiries, concerns, and identification of problems or issues
- Act as liaison between company and financial institutions regarding corporate documentation such as banking authority
- Maintain, administer, and document online banking system-user entitlements and access
- Conduct and coordinate foreign currency activity with corporate business partners
- Back up the accounts payable function as needed
- Maintain and update procedures manuals for online banking
- Document and review bank balances on a continuing basis and recommend funding levels based on current losses
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Any other duties as assigned, including reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- 2 years of accounts payable experience
- 2 years of experience in the banking field
- Display high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently, with minimal supervision and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to learn internal business systems and other new software
- Consistently meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience with Pro Financials for financial reporting, SICS reinsurance software and ImageRight for electronic filing process
- Minimal travel expected
- Hybrid Office Schedule (3 days In Office/ 2 days Remote)
