An equipment/automotive dealer in North Houston is seeking an F & I Analyst to support lending services. The position will support all aspects relating to the customer's procurement of various financing avenues.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and secure financing from external financing options
Financial data entry and credit processing of new applications for credit
Prepare finance documents for signing
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all manufacturer and lender programs, assisting Managers in providing the clearest financing alternatives available for the customer
Analyze and prepare various lease and installment quotes for sales representatives in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Daily communication with Customers, managers, coordinators and other outside lending contacts
Routine filing and maintenance of files

Qualifications
To be considered for the F&I Analyst position, you will need the following:
2+ years' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Administration or related field preferred
Active license for property and casualty insurance preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Thorough understanding of F&I procedures
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
