Our healthcare client is seeking an Employee Retirement & Insurance Liaison for their Fort Worth, TX office. This role will provide assistance with and facilitate the human resource processes for all business locations. Other responsibilities include the following:
Administer employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers
Resolve benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations
Ensure that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed
Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry
Administer all Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, and Retirement plans
Process all enrollments, changes, deleting and/or withdrawing from the plans

High School plus 7+ years' experience in Personnel/Payroll/Benefits or clerical experience required or Bachelor's and 3 years of experience in Personnel/Payroll/Benefits or clerical experience
1 year must include experience in administering benefits
