Customer Service/ Call Center representatives needed to Interface with customers to handle service inquiries, problems and customer complaints in a store front environment. Performs general clerical duties. Requires at least 2 years of face to face customer service such as banking or high end retail. Good customer service skills and good verbal customer service skills with good attitude. At least 1 year data entry and computer operations. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and have experience in computer operations and basic office skills (filing, processing change forms, and good organizational skills). Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to pass as pre-employment background check and drug test. Requires ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy. MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work a 5 day work week during these times: Monday through Saturday - 7:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.
