Customer Service Representative II

Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to DON Code Enforcement’s abatement activities, mostly demolitions and cutting weeded lots
- Process invoices, liens, work orders, contract compliance, and other duties as needed
- Operate desktop computer with Microsoft Office Programs
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service-related experience is required.
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Work Schedule of Monday – Friday, 9 am to 3 pm
