Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm | Salary: $16 an hour
Client Company: City of Houston’s Public Works and Engineering Department
 
Do you have experience working in a Customer Service Role? The City of Houston and ExecuTeam are partnering up and looking to fill a Customer Service Representative I. The Customer Service Representative I position will answer incoming customer calls, attend to customer inquiries and applications, and enter customer data information. If you possess the talent to utilize your exceptional customer service skills and want to aid our community, apply today! 
 
Customer Service Representative I’s Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and resolve customer inquires
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Return customer voicemails and emails to address customer inquiries regarding fee administration and taps and meter services
  • Monitor q-flow to assist customers with completing a WCR application
  • Perform data entry activities to record customer information
  • Generate sale orders to allow for the collection of impact fees
  • Email signed WCR letters and upload them into the company’s permitting software
     
Customer Service Representative I’s Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service-related experience are required.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
