Interfaces with customers to handle service inquiries, problems and customer complaints in a call center environment. Performs general clerical duties. Requires at least 1 year of collections of large dollar value and escalated accounts required. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service/relations, banking and/or call center environment is highly preferred. Good customer service skills and good verbal customer service skills with good attitude. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and have experience in computer operations and basic office skills (filing, processing change forms, and good organizational skills). Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Monday thru Friday position. Located in North/1960 area.
