CSR Responsibilities
Maintain daily reports and supporting documentation
Operate and/or utilize a variety of standard business and office machines and equipment including typewriters, word processors, calculators, copiers, fax, etc.
Establish accounts and set up payment plans
Handle escalated customer problems and/or complaints
Process customer violations into system and generate receipts for customer payments
Update invoices and handle inquiries regarding invoices
Maintain and create daily reports and supporting documentation
Handle heavy phone and e-mail correspondence with customers and other departments

CSR Qualifications
To be considered for the Customer Service Rep position, you will need the following:
High School Diploma or GED
2 to 4 years' experience in Customer Service/Relations, Public Comment, Call-center environment
Available to work weekends and holidays. Will work 5 days a week with one day including Saturday
Experience handling technical inquiries and/or help desk experience a plus
Ability to diffuse escalated calls in a calm and professional manner
Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Computer experience and aptitude with the ability to type 40 WPM and ten-key touch skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
All candidates will undergo a criminal and pre-employment background check
Must successfully complete a lengthy onboarding process including testing
