Employment Type: Direct Hire | Workplace Type: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8am to 5pm | Salary: $22 to $25 an hour
 
Are you an energetic, outgoing person who loves helping people? We're looking for someone just like you. An industrial supply company is seeking an Aerospace Account Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for providing information in response to customers regarding account status, products, services, purchase orders, and shipments. Aerospace experience is required. If you are dependable and interested in being part of a great team, this position is for you!
 
Aerospace Account Executive’s Responsibilities
  • Interacts with customers and provides information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services 
  • Prepares necessary documentation for basic price quoting not found in the price book
  • Perform primary Contract Review at the quoting stage, customer PO acceptance stage, during the order entry stage and the final order entry review stage
  • Upselling and Cross-selling of products to improve profitability through usage of Proton AI system
  • Price products to maximize overall profitability
  • Perform Order Entry and Processing using the optimal type of OE Types 
 
Aerospace Account Executive’s Qualifications
  • Industrial distribution and ERP experience are required
  • Aerospace experience is required
  • High school diploma and/or GED required 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, technical support, clerical, or sales 
  • Comfortable with heavy amounts of data entry as well as using your customer services skills on a routine basis
  • Good interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and customer relationship skills
