Do you live in Southeast Houston and seaching for an opportunity to work close to home? Personable Administrative Assistant is needed to assist this company in Pasadena area with front office operations. Responsibilities include: answering the phone and transferring/announcing calls. Greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries Order office supplies and track inventory of these items. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivables functions.
