Answer phones as needed. Manage the attorneys' calendars and schedule meetings. Assist with intake processing and processing legal invoices. Handle incoming mail and scheduled courier and package services when necessary. Order office supplies. Create and maintain spreadsheets and assist with filing. Requirements: must have a high school diploma and previous administrative experience. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus. Schedule in Mon-Fri 8-5. Temporary assignment estimated to last 2-3 months.
