Represents organization professionally at all recruiting activities including interviews, special recruitment events, etc.
Work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in order to meet quarterly hiring goals
Be able to work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress, interview and screen potential candidates, all while keeping our ATS up to date.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates
Supports candidates through the interview process and keeps them informed along the way
Screens, evaluates and conducts reference checks on candidates
Maintains new employee files and HR records
Updates and maintains applicant tracking system and recruiting files to support future activity
Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of sourcing experience within a rapidly growing technology organization.
Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies that are uniquely your own.
A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems.
Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
Exceptionable ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
