Assists executive team with the implementation of the marketing plan
Manages marketing processes and team of three (3)
Overseeing community events calendars
Assisting with the development of the annual marketing calendar
Managing and overseeing all internal marketing channels such as marketing campaigns, website, email and direct mail, etc.
Identifying, evaluating and executing all external marketing including print, digital, traditional, television and radio
Execute digital strategy based on existing strategy for all channels and audiences to increase market awareness and produce leads
Prepares and manages the marketing budget and expenses
Writing and editing, execute website editorial strategy, content production, copy writing and all other publishing efforts
Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Analyzes the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, customer research, current market conditions, and tracking competitive trends
Maintains effective internal communications to ensure staff is informed of marketing objectives
Actively partners with media
Ensuring all marketing adheres to regulatory guidelines
Actively partners and collaborates with business lines to develop product specific campaigns, collateral, procedures and processes

Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Communications Major preferred)
5+ years related marketing and management experience
Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Advanced knowledge of HTML and/or managing website CMS systems, and other digital platforms
Experienced in managing a team
Must possess strong proof-reading/editing, copy-writing and design skills
Must have able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong vendor management skills
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate professionally
