- Provide hardware and software technical support to the Harris County Office -
- Research, analyze, and maintain desktop and laptop computer systems and needs
- Update and maintain internal tickets.
- Maintain copier maintenance
- Ensure compliance in scope with Harris County Central Technology Services department.
- Help Desk assistance
- Maintain and update telephone system, fax numbers, wireless MiFi's, and email accounts for employees
- Other technical duties assigned by the department.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing and listening skills
- Work well with other team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Knowledge on help desk systems
- Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting windows, OS X, IOS, and Android-based environments.
- IT work experience supporting desktop software and hardware products including problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Customer Service skills.
