Maintain all employee files according to corporate policies and procedures
Ensure information is filed accurately
Retrieval of employee paperwork from the file room
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all information in the file room
Other office duties as assigned
Two (2)+ years working experience with human resources records, paper and electronic
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of retention laws as they pertain to the Human Resources
Advanced data entry skills
Possess extraordinary level of accuracy in all aspects of work responsibilities
Standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.
Two (2) or more years working with HRIS highly preferred!
Contract expected to last 6 Months.
