Use your interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational skills to assist this HR department n Tulsa, OK. Job duties include support the recruitment team with posting job openings on the internet. Schedule applicant interviews in MS Outlook. For non local applicants, you will make travel, hotel and transportation arrangements. Prepare offer letters and expedite the background process using their 3rd party vendor for new hires. Notify all applicants of job status. Enter new hire information into Oracle HRIS system and obtain information as requested by the HR department such as PTO. Manage employee files and obtain missing documentation. Use Oracle HRIS system to track staffing metrics. Maintain an Excel spreadsheet containing employee bonus info. Requirements: 1-2 years' HR experience and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with Taleo is a plus but not a requirement; will look at other applicant tracking systems. Experience with Oracle HRIS s a plus but not a requirment. Associate's degree is a plus. Assignment estimated to last 3.5-4 months to cover a maternity leave. Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
