Are you a professional Executive Assistant? Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a professional organization? A business consulting firm is looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative support.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Screen calls
  • Coordinate professional travel and events
  • Manage a calendar of appointments and detailed travel plans
  • Prepare expense reports, itineraries and agendas
  • Keep executive well informed of upcoming commitments
  • Assist in coordinating the agenda for meetings
  • Maintain and order office supplies

Job Requirements

Executive Assistant Qualifications

To be considered for the Executive Assistant position, you will need the following:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting executives or working as a personal assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and grammar skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and discernment
  • Must be comfortable interacting with leadership at the highest level in the organization
  • Marketing experience a plus
