One of our clients is seeking a Director Customer Solutions to direct all activities within the Solutions Center. The successful candidate will manage, supervise, support, and assess the tasks performed by the team. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required; 5+ years' customer service experience; 3+ years of supervisory experience required; Must exhibit strong coaching, leadership, problem-solving, customer service and conflict resolution skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency with computers, phone systems and software applications required; Direct Hire opportunity!
