Candidate whom researches, analyzes, and resolves customers' problems and inquiries. Provides information on changes and ordinances. Receives calls using the automatic call distribution system to provide customers information on bills. Answering the phone and returning voicemails to address customer's inquiry regarding impact fee administration services and deliverables and taps and meter services and deliverables.Provide general information to customers on account balances, services, delinquent accounts and adjustments. Performs data entry activates to record information. Experience with Microsoft Office Environment.Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. As might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or a GED. Six months of administrative or customer service related experience are required. M - F 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM $12.50/hr
