Government services agency located downtown is looking for multiple Bilingual (English/Spanish), AND English speaking candidates Customer Service Representatives:
Assists walk in and telephone customers with building and trade permit applications
Explains processes and procedures thoroughly in English and/or Spanish
Communicates with other sections as applicable.
Uses ilms (integrated land management system to accurately set up and record project data, sales orders, and contractor information
Answers incoming calls
Provides information on permits on inspections in a timely and courteous manner in English and/or Spanish
Collects section records such as insurance, bond registration, certificates of occupancy or compliance, correspondence and office updates
Performs other duties as assigned
Hours: Mon - Fri 7 A.M. - 4 P.M.

HS Diploma or GED Required
Six months of administrative or customer service related experience are required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
May require long periods of walking and or standing.
Must have the ability to work at various remote locations in the greater Houston area up to 12 hours per day.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Jennifer Stevenson

Jennifer joined our team in July 2016. Native to Houston, she has also lived in Temple, TX, Denver, CO and Oceanside, CA, but she simply cannot stay away from the Bayou City! Prior to working with ExecuTeam, Jennifer led the Giving Choices Campaign for Halliburton. She is currently working on her staffing certification and is proud to be published in the International Library of Poetry. Jennifer finds daily fulfillment in her joy of helping the lives of others and of course, her family. She has 3 boys and 2 cats, Boone and Batman. When she’s not helping candidates find success, she enjoys spending time with her boys, playing baseball and board games, being a Team Mom Coordinator on the Board of Directors for Missouri City Little League, and cooking (but NOT doing laundry). Jennifer is thrilled to be a part of ExecuTeam and is looking forward to meeting you!
