Customer Service Represenative (Logistics)

Process customer orders over phone, and email (entering, shipping, invoicing).
Coordinate with warehouse regarding inventories and pickup. (expedites, cancellations, etc.)
Provides monthly status of open orders and follows up with both customers and production
Maintains the catalog of parts available to purchase
Maintains record of assets' delivery progress and invoicing
Responsible for returning all internal/ external communications.
Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the Oracle database.
Maintain monthly KPI's.
Monitor open SAP orders on a weekly basis.
Coordinates with procurement, planning and production on active orders
Candidate requirements include:
High School Degree required
Highly organized and service focused
3-5 years of professional experience in Oil and Gas industries
Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Industry experience with emphasis on production, planning, logistics, and customer service.
Experience with SAP and Oracle preferred
