Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representatives needed for high volume call center in Houston. MUST have recent call center experience in a high volume call center experience. MUST be fluent in business Spanish and MUST also have a significant English proficiency.

Daily interaction with customers communicating in person or via telephone
Establish new accounts with customers and entering vital information into customized database program
Consistently apply all customer service skills
Maintain client record files and maintain office supplies
Respond to complaints and inquiries from officials
Create payment plans with customers within company standards
Handle, diffuse and resolve customer problems and/or complaints
Process customer violations into system and generate receipts for customer payments
Develop customer relationships by assisting them with inquiries regarding their insurance policies
Be professional and provide a positive attitude at all times
Update invoices and handle inquiries regarding invoices
Maintain daily reports and supporting documentation
