Well established company in the Galleria is looking for a sharp Administrative Assistant to join their team. Job duties include assisting with client account reporting which involves data entry and proficiency with MS Excel. Use your Excel savvy in working with formulas (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and sum totals) to populate data in the reports. Will also assist with creating invoices in Peachtree. Requirements: 3-10 years' administrative experience with some accounting or bookkeeping experience. Peachtree experience is a plus but will look at QuickBooks experience. Must have strong attention to detail. Associates Degree is a plus. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8-5.
