One of our clients is seeking an Admin/Office Manager for their Northwest Houston office. This position will support upper management, ensuring the office is running efficiently to meet all deadlines and goals. Responsibilities include Accounting system (AP/AR) maintenance, to make sure invoices are paid on time. Inform management of all inbound/outbound shipments, both domestic and international; compliance document filing; Review employee timesheets for accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management is a plus. Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment preferred. A strong understanding of international shipping, including the creation of FedEx labels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; Xero or Copper Point of Sales Software experience is a plus. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and tech savvy.
