Lead process for an assigned accounts
Works collaboratively with management team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
Completes strategic customer account plans
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Develops new prospective accounts through cold calling and prospecting
Maintains accurate customer account information.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)
5+ years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Completions operations and hydraulic fracturing experience highly preferred
Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proven ability to deliver effective technical presentations to existing and prospective clients
Ability to provide high customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and a good driving record required
