Revenue Accounting Manager
This position will work with Marketing, Legal, Land, Auditors and External Reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide leadership and direction to PRA team.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting and reporting performance.
Perform financial analysis/review monthly.
Review compliance with all revenue service levels.
Aid the Supplier in forecasting resource requirements and monitoring revenue services baselines.
Communicate and resolve Supplier issues.
Provide expertise for revenue processes, including the identification and coordination of process improvements.
Develop and maintain revenue accounting policies and procedures. Ensure Supplier's adherence to said policies.
Act as the SAP security expert for the PRA module.
Create practices and standards for the training and development of employees.
Stay up-to-date on regulations, laws, and government requirements that may affect PRA.
Oversee all audits (internal controls, SOX, JV, PwC and Royalty).
Quarterly travel to Tulsa, OK.

DIRECT HIRE POSITION
Must have 15+ years' industry experience in oil and gas, with a focus on Production Revenue Accounting.
Must have a Bachelors in Accounting
CPA is highly preferred.
Must be proficient in SAP PRA or equivalent revenue systems, Allegro or equivalent marketing systems, as well as Microsoft Excel.
Must also have previous leadership experience in accounting positions.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as a high level of initiative.
