The primary role of this position is to meet and greet visitors and clients at Reception and to direct them to their appointment or meeting place. The receptionist is to present the corporate face of this company to the public and its personnel.
Helps create the first impressions that each visitor receives through becoming familiar with company standards and corporate image
Keeps to the agreed hours to maintain seamless front desk assistance to our staff and visitors
Provides support and backup to other full-time receptionist
Answers and directs all incoming and internal calls through the switchboard
Updates the phone list, email distribution list, and the master list for monthly distribution
Maintains cleanliness in the Internet Caf , in particular keeps the coffee machines filled and functioning, wipes up spills, and cleans out fridges from time to time
Assists with daily mail distribution and deliveries of packages, including distribution of daily airbags from locations as well as sends out international and domestic airbags
Books and confirms video conference and meeting rooms and orders suitable morning/afternoon teas and lunches when necessary
Opens daily mail for Finance and date stamps it
Organizes change-over of recycling/confidential bins
Purchases stationery and kitchen supplies via on-line ordering and organizes services provided by Building Services for office maintenance
Long-term contract

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience as front desk receptionist
Requires proficiency with MS Office suite
Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills
