Interview applicants to determine eligibility of public services
Document results of applicant's interview including eligibility, income, rent, etc. In relation to a Housing Choice Voucher program
Perform admission procedures to the program, re-certifications and interim adjustments, rent increases, etc.
Collaborate efforts with local landlords and programs participants

2+ years of college courses or equivalent (48+ college credit hours)
3+ years in case management, housing management, and/or apartment leasing
HUD experience preferred
Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills and computer literacy
Basic decision making - will be involved in developing, modifying & executing company policies
This position requires frequent interaction with peer groups, subordinates and senior management advising on area of responsibility.
Ability to be entrusted with confidential information
Must be able to meet minimum standards of Wonderlic test in order to be considered for position
