Interfaces with customers to handle service inquiries, problems and customer complaints in a store front environment. Performs general clerical duties. Requires at least 1 year face to face customer service such as banking or high end retail. Good customer service skills and good verbal customer service skills with good attitude. At least 1 year data entry and computer operations. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and have experience in computer operations and basic office skills (filing, processing change forms, and good organizational skills). Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Bilingual Spanish a strong plus! Must live near Zip code 77082

Jennifer Stevenson

Jennifer joined our team in July 2016. Native to Houston, she has also lived in Temple, TX, Denver, CO and Oceanside, CA, but she simply cannot stay away from the Bayou City! Prior to working with ExecuTeam, Jennifer led the Giving Choices Campaign for Halliburton. She is currently working on her staffing certification and is proud to be published in the International Library of Poetry. Jennifer finds daily fulfillment in her joy of helping the lives of others and of course, her family. She has 3 boys and 2 cats, Boone and Batman. When she’s not helping candidates find success, she enjoys spending time with her boys, playing baseball and board games, being a Team Mom Coordinator on the Board of Directors for Missouri City Little League, and cooking (but NOT doing laundry). Jennifer is thrilled to be a part of ExecuTeam and is looking forward to meeting you!
