Call Center Representatives needed for high volume call center in Houston.
Daily interaction with customers communicating in person or via telephone
Establish new accounts with customers and entering vital information into customized database program
Consistently apply all customer service skills
Maintain client record files and maintain office supplies
Respond to complaints and inquiries from officials
Create payment plans with customers within company standards
Handle, diffuse and resolve customer problems and/or complaints
Process customer violations into system and generate receipts for customer payments
Develop customer relationships by assisting them with inquiries regarding their insurance policies
Be professional and provide a positive attitude at all times
Update invoices and handle inquiries regarding invoices
Maintain daily reports and supporting documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma
Must have 2+ years of high volume call center experience
Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Will work 5 days a week with one day including Saturday
Experience handling technical inquiries and/or help desk experience a plus
Ability to diffuse escalated calls
Excellent communication and writing skills
Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills and computer literacy
All candidates will undergo a criminal and pre-employment background check
Must successfully complete a lengthy onboarding process including testing
Long-term temporary, possible temp-to-hire based on performance.
