Provide face to face customer service skills for patrons inquiring about bills and collection notices
Establish accounts and set up payment plans
Handle escalated customer problems and/or complaints
Process transactions into system and generate receipts for customer payments
Update invoices and handle inquiries regarding invoices
Maintain and create daily reports and supporting documentation
Handle heavy phone and e-mail correspondence with customers and other departments
Long-term temporary, 6+ months; possible temp to hire

Work Hours - Monday thru Friday 8am to 430pm but hours subject to change and therefore flexibility is needed

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3+ years cash handling experience with strong and accurate data entry skills
Proven and successful track record in delivering outstanding customer service (face to face customer service!)
Bilingual Spanish skills required
Must live within or near the 77375 zip code
Requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills and computer literacy
All candidates will undergo a criminal and pre-employment background check
Must successfully complete a lengthy onboarding process including testing (data entry and typing)
Long-term temporary, possible temp-to-hire based on performance
